What funding options exist in Poland?

Common routes include the Training Voucher (bon szkoleniowy) from your local Labour Office (Powiatowy Urząd Pracy), employer co-financing via the National Training Fund (Krajowy Fundusz Szkoleniowy — KFS), and EU co-financing for courses listed in the Development Services Database (Baza Usług Rozwojowych — BUR) through regional schemes (PSF).
Does it cover full tuition?
