About us

Code Labs Academy is a European technology education startup with headquarters in Berlin and a growing learner community across Poland

We run intensive, instructor-led bootcamps designed to help you build practical tech skills fast—whether you’re upskilling for your current role, adding a new specialty, or preparing for a bigger step in your career

Our learning experience is hands-on and outcome-focused: live classes, real projects, structured support, and a clear path from “I’m curious” to “I can do this

” All with schedules that work well in Poland’s time zone (CET/CEST)

The Web as I envisaged it, we have not seen it yet. The future is still so much bigger than the past.

Our mission

We invest in the people behind the technology—because skills change lives.

Technology keeps evolving, and the most valuable skill is the ability to keep learning. We believe everyone in Poland should have access to modern, high-quality education that supports lifelong growth—not just a one-time “career switch,” but continuous upskilling that stays relevant.

Our mission is to make tech education feel achievable and practical: strong foundations, industry-ready tools, and learning that connects directly to real-world outcomes. We want more people to feel confident building, designing, analysing, and securing digital products—at work, in side projects, or in new professional opportunities.

To support that mission, we host free online workshops in Central European Time (CET/CEST) and, when possible, community events that are accessible for learners based in Poland. We also help learners explore realistic ways to finance training locally—such as employer learning budgets, Poland’s National Training Fund (KFS), regional EU co-financed vouchers via the Baza Usług Rozwojowych (BUR/PSF), or training vouchers and grants offered through local Labour Offices (Powiatowy Urząd Pracy). Availability and eligibility depend on your region and individual situation, but we’ll help you understand the options and next steps.

Code Labs Academy provides accessible training for high-demand fields, with programs in Web Development, UX/UI Design, Cyber Security, and Data Science & AI. We keep entry barriers low (no unnecessary prerequisites), while keeping standards high—so you can build a portfolio of work, strengthen your confidence, and apply your new skills immediately.

Code Labs Academy Story

Our story

Founded in 2021, Code Labs Academy was created to answer a practical problem: companies needed people who could actually deliver—build features, ship products, analyse data, and improve security—while many traditional learning paths stayed too slow or too theoretical. We designed a project-based approach that moves quickly without skipping the fundamentals, helping learners across Europe (including Poland) progress with purpose.

From the beginning, we’ve focused on learner outcomes and long-term growth. That means clear learning structure, frequent feedback, instructor office hours, and optional 1:1 career support when you want it (CV, LinkedIn, interview practice). Our formats are built for real schedules: an intensive 12-week full-time track, or a 24-week part-time track you can combine with work or other commitments—delivered live on CET/CEST.

Our values

Learning never stops

Continuous learning is how we stay adaptable. We build habits and skill foundations that help you grow long after the course ends.

Access is a design choice

Great education should be reachable—clear explanations, supportive instructors, and flexible formats that work for different backgrounds and schedules.

Project-first, practical teaching

We teach what you can use. Hands-on projects, structured feedback, and portfolio outcomes are at the heart of every program.

Human-first technology

Behind every product is a person. We invest in the people building the future—and we design learning that respects real life, not just theory.
