About Code Labs Academy

Code Labs Academy is a European tech education provider founded in Berlin and built for modern, online-first learning

For learners across Norway, we run live, instructor-led bootcamps and community sessions aligned with Oslo time (CET/CEST)

Our programmes are intensive, hands-on, and designed for real-world progress—whether you’re upskilling for your current role, reskilling into a new team, or simply building confidence with today’s tools

The most valuable skill in tech isn’t knowing everything—it’s learning well, again and again.

Our mission

We help people build lasting competence with technology—through structured learning that fits real life.

The pace of change in tech can feel relentless. We exist to make that pace manageable: turning big topics into clear steps, supporting you through consistent practice, and focusing on skills you can actually use at work.

Our goal is simple: more people should feel confident building, designing, analysing, and securing the digital products society relies on. When individuals are empowered, teams improve—and communities benefit.

We keep our programmes practical and inclusive. No “perfect background” required—just curiosity and commitment. You’ll learn through real projects, feedback, and guided collaboration, and you can choose an intensive 12-week track or a 24-week part-time option alongside work and other responsibilities.

For learners in Norway, financing is often part of the plan. Depending on your situation, you may be able to combine training with support such as employer-sponsored competence budgets, NAV measures for eligible jobseekers, or education funds through unions/industry agreements. Some learners also explore student-finance routes in Norway (for eligible education pathways). We’ll help you understand what documentation you might need, without overpromising eligibility.

Code Labs Academy Story

Our story

Code Labs Academy launched in 2021 to close a common gap: traditional learning paths often move slower than the skills modern product teams need. We built programmes that prioritise practice, feedback, and momentum—so learners can make measurable progress in months, not years.

Today, we teach through small cohorts, structured projects, and accessible support—from office hours and mentorship to optional career guidance when you want it. You’ll graduate with a portfolio you can show at work (or in interviews) and the confidence to keep building—whether you’re levelling up inside your current company or exploring a bigger change.

Our values

Learning doesn’t stop

Tech evolves constantly. We build learning habits and practical skills that stay useful long after the last lesson.

Access matters

Education should be approachable. We design beginner-friendly entry points and support different starting levels—so more people can participate.

Teaching should be practical

We focus on outcomes: real projects, real feedback, and real workflows—guided by instructors who care about clarity and progress.

People-first technology

Behind every product are people. We invest in supportive learning environments that respect your time, goals, and growth.
