Technology changes quickly, but the ability to learn and adapt changes everything. In Italy and across Europe, continuous learning is becoming a core skill for individuals, teams, and businesses. We believe high-quality tech education should be accessible, supportive, and genuinely practical—no matter where you’re starting from.
Our mission is to help learners become confident creators: people who can design, build, analyze, and secure digital products in ways that create real value. That means focusing on skills you can apply immediately—at work, on personal projects, or in your next role.
We design our programs to be inclusive without lowering the bar: clear learning outcomes, hands-on projects, and a structure that helps you progress fast. Our learning paths include Web Development, UX/UI Design, Cyber Security, and Data Science & AI, with guidance from instructors and regular feedback to help you grow consistently.
We also aim to make training financially realistic for learners in Italy. Depending on your region and personal situation, you may be able to combine instalment plans and scholarships with local or employer-supported upskilling routes—such as regional initiatives funded through FSE+ (European Social Fund Plus), national reskilling measures like GOL (PNRR), or company training budgets supported by interprofessional funds. Eligibility and availability vary, and our team can help you understand what options may apply.
Founded in 2021, Code Labs Academy was built in response to a widening digital skills gap. Across Europe—and increasingly in Italy—companies need people who can ship software, work with data, design user-friendly experiences, and think about security from day one. Traditional learning paths remain important, but they don’t always match the pace of change or the needs of busy adults. We created a focused alternative: practical learning, delivered efficiently, with support that keeps you moving.
Our approach blends live teaching, guided practice, and portfolio-ready projects. You can choose a 12-week intensive format or a 24-week part-time schedule that fits around work and life. Beyond the curriculum, we offer 1:1 coaching and tailored guidance—whether your goal is career progression, stronger performance in your current role, or showcasing new skills to the Italian and international job market.
