Change is constant. The most reliable way to stay confident in that reality is to keep learning. In Slovenia, as across the EU, digital skills increasingly shape how we work, communicate, and build new ideas. We believe everyone should have a realistic way to develop those skills, no matter where they are starting from.
Our mission is to make modern tech education feel doable: live teaching, practical projects, and a clear structure that respects your time. We focus on skills you can apply immediately, whether you're strengthening what you already do or preparing for what's next.
We teach through building. You learn by creating real projects, collaborating, and receiving feedback like you would in a professional environment. Our bootcamps cover Web Development, UX/UI Design, Cybersecurity, and Data Science & AI, with live sessions aligned to Central European Time (CET/CEST).
Affordability matters. If you're learning from Slovenia, we can help you explore common local routes for financing training (where eligible), such as programmes and measures via the Employment Service of Slovenia (Zavod RS za zaposlovanje), EU-supported adult learning initiatives (for example, Competent Slovenia), employer training budgets, and SME co-financing options like Slovene Enterprise Fund (SPS) vouchers or DIH Slovenia digital competence vouchers.
Most importantly, we invest in the learning experience: supportive mentors, honest feedback, and a community that helps you stay consistent until you reach your goals.
Code Labs Academy launched in 2021 to help close a gap we kept seeing across Europe: motivated learners and teams wanted practical tech skills, but many traditional routes were either too slow, too theoretical, or hard to fit around real life. We built an alternative: focused learning that prioritises doing over watching.
Today, we teach in small cohorts with plenty of direct support - mentor office hours, structured practice, and 1:1 guidance when it makes the biggest difference. You can study in a 12-week full-time format or a 24-week part-time format, and graduate with a portfolio of work you can show with confidence.
Learning does not stop after school. It is how we stay adaptable, relevant, and confident in a fast-moving digital world.
Strong education should be reachable. We build clear pathways, flexible formats, and supportive learning environments so more people in Slovenia can participate.
