allWomen Tech offers Data Science, UX Design, and Product Management programs created for women, by women. These 10-24 week programs, held at their Barcelona campus, were created to give women a space to kickstart their tech careers and, ultimately, increase gender diversity in the tech industry. Founded by Laura Fernández and Cecilia Tham, who both have extensive experience in the tech industry as successful entrepreneurs, allWomen has a vast network of allies and hiring partners within Spain and internationally including companies like Adidas, Everis, Chartboost, Skyscanner and Red Points.
