Women in Tech e.V.

Women in Tech e.V. is a cross-industry, non-profit association in the DACH region with the aim of attracting and promoting women in technical professions and making them more visible.

Their vision is: Technology is shaped equally by all genders.

They want to contribute to a more equal and diverse society and motivate girls and women in particular to take up a technical profession.

To this end, Women in Tech e.V. organize digital and local events, showcase role models and form a strong and diverse network of companies, educational institutions and other organizations. In cooperation with their partners, they offer mentorships, career coaching and much more.
