After the success of our fully remote campus hosting and teaching participants from around the world wherever they were, Code Labs Academy needed to find a city to settle in and call our home. Berlin proved itself to be that city, and we’ve been here ever since.
Wherever you stand on the work-from-home debate, and whatever your preference for online or in-person study, you will be catered for on our first brick-and-mortar campus. Open for use by participants and instructors across subject disciplines, our campus is the place for exclusive events, hands-on troubleshooting with your instructors and that all important breath of fresh air in a space dedicated to your learning.
Aspiring geeks or career changers can apply using the apply now button displayed at the top right hand corner of this page.
You will be asked a question regarding your motivation for joining up to our Bootcamp.
Upon completing your application, you will be sent an email outlining next steps and requesting that you book time with one of our learning specialists.
The Code Labs Academy learning specialist will review the answers given at admissions and answer any outstanding questions or concerns you may have. This is to ensure that, should you choose to enrol on the chosen course, you can proceed with full confidence that we are the best fit for your learning and career goals.
Once an applicant has decided which course is best for them and has chosen a financing option suitable to their needs, they will be sent their onboarding papers to sign and a deposit will be collected.
Once enrolled, participants will be granted access to the Code Labs Academy’s bespoke learning platform (to familiarise themselves with our virtual classroom), two weeks worth of preparational study (to ensure all participants have a working understanding of their chosen study area) and a forum (for connecting with their fellow learners from across the world).
Anyone can join a Code Labs Academy cohort from anywhere in the world remotely regardless of geographical location. However, at the moment our home time zone is Berlin, Germany. Participants in locations that can not be comfortably supported by this time zone are advised that we are likely not the best fit for them at this time.
We’re across multiple financing platforms to make access to our courses as pain free as possible. These include; GoCardless and Quotanda.
We also run various early bird and circumstantial discount schemes. These can be found on our Discounts page and discussed on application.
For specific German-based applicants, you may be eligible to fund your time at one of our bootcamps with the German educational voucher, Bildungsgutschein. You can read more information about this education voucher here, and set up a call with us if you have any other questions about using it as a funding option!
We know that choosing an educator can be a daunting task. That’s why we put every one of our potential participants in touch with a human as soon as possible, and you’ll be with them until you start your course.
