Education and Training Leave Benefit
For eligible Employment Insurance participants taking 30+ days of unpaid training leave, this benefit can help cover living costs while you focus on learning (教育訓練休暇給付金).
Reskilling Training Support Loan (Rokin)
For some job seekers who are not covered by Employment Insurance, Japan’s Reskilling Training Support Loan can finance training costs and living expenses through Labour Banks (ろうきん), subject to conditions (リ・スキリング等教育訓練支援融資).
Career Advancement Support through Reskilling (METI)
