If you’re employed in Spain, there’s also a common “company route”: employer-sponsored training through FUNDAE (formación programada/bonificada). Many HR and L&D teams use it to fund professional development by applying training bonuses against Social Security contributions—so it can be worth asking your employer if they already work with FUNDAE or a managing entity.
