For eligible first-time learners, Fees Free may cover the final year of an eligible tertiary qualification (or final 2 years of eligible work-based learning) up to a capped amount. Check eligibility and programme rules.
StudyLink provides information on student finance in New Zealand, including Student Loans and Student Allowances. Eligibility depends on residency, study load, and whether your provider/programme is approved.
