In pursuit of this, we regularly host free online workshops in UK-friendly time zones and in-person events across Europe, work with a growing list of funding and financing partners, and always design our courses with zero formal entry prerequisites so that motivated learners can join regardless of their background.

Code Labs Academy provides accessible education and training for anyone looking to start, grow or redirect their career in high-demand, highly skilled tech-based industries. For learners in the UK, this includes support in exploring options such as employer-sponsored training, professional development budgets and other local funding schemes.

Our Story

Founded in 2021, Code Labs Academy was born out of the global need for technological and computing talent. We fill the gap where traditional paths of learning frequently fail to provide the highly skilled, keenly motivated and multi-specialised individuals needed, at a rate fast enough to meet demand in their industries.

We believe in the power of the individual as much as we believe in the life-changing potential of education. At Code Labs Academy, the growth and experience of our participants is at the centre of everything we do. From flexible office hours in UK-friendly time zones and 1:1 career coaching, to our course structure which takes you from wherever you are to a practising professional (with a portfolio of evidence) in as few as 12 weeks full time, or 24 weeks part time – whether you are beginning a new path in tech or upskilling for the role you already have.
