Code Labs Academy is an international technology education team supporting learners across Finland and Europe

Our instructor-led bootcamps are designed to take you from “curious” to “capable” through hands-on, project-based learning

Whether you’re upskilling for your current role, building a stronger tech foundation, or working toward a new opportunity, our courses are thorough, fast-paced, and built to be accessible with supportive guidance

We also offer learning and career support (portfolio feedback, interview practice, and goal-setting), with live sessions scheduled to work well in Finland time (EET/EEST)

Our mission

In Finland and beyond, lifelong learning helps people navigate change and uncertainty. It empowers us to make choices, grow professionally, and stay confident in a fast-moving digital world. Code Labs Academy believes that access to high-quality learning should be for everyone—regardless of background or prior experience.

We envision a world in which everyone is technologically empowered to tackle meaningful challenges in the 21st century—at work, in their communities, and in the products and services they create.

To support that mission, we regularly host free online workshops that are easy to join from Finland (EET/EEST), partner with organisations and communities that champion skills development, and design our programmes with zero entry prerequisites. For learners in Finland, we can also point you toward common ways people finance upskilling—such as employer-supported learning budgets, labour market training pathways via local Employment Services (Job Market Finland), and student financial support options through Kela when eligibility criteria are met.

Code Labs Academy provides accessible education and training for anyone who wants to build practical, job-relevant tech skills for modern, tech-enabled roles.

Our Story

Founded in 2021, Code Labs Academy was created to help close the growing global tech skills gap. From Finland’s strong digital economy to the wider European market, organisations need people who can think critically, work with modern tools, and build real solutions—not just memorise theory.

We believe in the potential of every learner and the real-world impact of education. At Code Labs Academy, your progress is at the centre of everything we do—from flexible office hours and 1:1 support to a course structure that helps you build a portfolio you can be proud of. You can learn intensively in as few as 12 weeks full-time, or choose 24 weeks part-time for a more flexible schedule—an option many learners in Finland prefer when balancing work, family, and study.
